ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome in all classes! When joining an intermediate or advanced class you should push to modify your movements and intensity level to match your limitiations and meet your goals. Want to see our classes in action? ZUMBA VIDEO
ZUMBA

This is a latin based dance aerobics class, you will fill like you are at a dance party.  Great for everyone! (All levels)
CARDIO SCULPT VIDEO
AB BLAST VIDEO
CARDIO SCULPT

Total body conditioning starting with the step cardiovascular workout followed by a complete resistance training program.  A cool down, abdominal workout and full body stretch completes this class. (Beginner-Intermediate)
AB BLAST

Strengthen those problem areas in only 15 minutes. This is a core strengthen class for the abdominals and lower back.  (All levels)
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


CARDIO SCULPT

Total body conditioning starting with the step cardiovascular workout followed by a complete resistance training program.  A cool down, abdominal workout and full body stretch completes this class.  (Beginner-Intermediate)


STEP & SCULPT

Get two workouts in one. This class consists of a combination of step aerobics and strength/endurance conditioning. This class incorporates the use of resistance apparatus, e.g. hand weights, body bar, medicine balls and/or stability balls. The class ends with abdominal work and a final full body stretch. (All levels)


ULTRA STEP

This is an excellent class for all fitness levels.  High intensity, step workout, modifications for low impact movements are offered during the class.  Includes core strengthening and full body stretch. (Intermediate-Advanced)


BODY SCULPTING

A challenging weight lifting workout that concentrates on both upper/lower body and core muscle groups.  Multiple types of equipment are used including the Bosu, hand weights, body bars and medicine balls. This class is a must for everyone. (All levels


AB BLAST

Strengthen those problem areas in only15 minutes.  This is a core strengthen class for the abdominals and lower back.  (All levels).


CALORIE BURNER

This step class is designed to get the heart pumping to burn those calories. This class also includes body sculpting and core strengthening.  (All levels)


WATER AEROBICS

Water Aerobics is great for all fitness levels.  This is a low impact class especially great for people with limited fitness level.  You will have a good time, feel very refreshed and energized at the end of this class.

YOGA / PILATES FUSION

Yoga/Pilates Fusion is a combination of Yoga and Pilates.   This class is a series of poses, strength moves, stretching, and flowing movement to awake and loosen the body. (All levels)


CYCLE

High calorie burner. Great class for someone wanting an intense workout. (All levels)
 

LIGHT N LIVELY

This is a step class that can be great for all levels, fun and high energy at the same time.  Includes strength/endurance training including the Bosu, weights and more.  Don't let the LIGHT fool ya!!!


MORNING MADNESS

This is a great way to start your day. This is a multi level Step/Bosu class combined with some body sculpting and core strengthening exercises good for all levels, beginners may have to modify some of the moves to stay at their fitness level.


SILVER SNEAKERS - MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Using a variety of equipment for resistance training; and a chair for seated and/or standing support.


ZUMBA

ARMY RANGER BOOTCAMP

Combination of military based and Cross-Fit exercises to help sculpt your body into shape.  This class is held outside and is very high intensity. More appropriate for mid to high fitnes levels.  Water bottle is required.
