Nautilus Health Center offers a children's playroom where parents may leave their children while they work out.  There is no additional charge for this service.

There is unsupervised care any time that the club is opened. The child must be at least 5 years of age to be left unsupervised.

There is a television, VCR, and toys that will keep your child amused.

Supervised childcare hours are:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings

8:00 a.m. - noon

Tuesday and Thursday mornings

8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Monday thru Friday evenings

4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

At these times you may leave your child with a qualified child care provider who will take good care of him/her while you workout.
